In A Seller's Market Real Estate Sells for Higher Prices

If there is a low supply of something in demand, like houses, that drives the price up. South Florida remains in incredibly high demand with buyers from around the country arriving daily looking for great properties. If you have a home to sell the market is very strong.


Note the following graph: Showing the Median Percent Sold at the Original Listing Price. Houses are selling closer and closer to the original listing price as inventory shrinks. This makes 2021, likely, a great year to sell a property.*
